We are excited to announce our Flagstaff Academy Fall Festival on Saturday, October 21st from 3:30-6:30 pm
We are reaching out to our wonderful parents for some extra support to make this event a memorable experience for all. The success of the festival relies on active participation from our school community!
We have 2 ways for you to get involved:
1. Host your own booth:
a. Whether you have an idea for a game, craft, or other booth type we welcome your unique contributions. Booths could include carnival games, face painting, photos, or anything you think would add to the fun.
b. Setting up a booth offers great opportunities to connect with fellow parents and showcase your talents.
c. You are welcome to run the booth on your own, or with fellow parents or organizations like the Girl Scouts/Boy Scouts for example.
d. To express interest and discuss your booth idea, please fill out this form by October 6th. and a member of our committee will contact you.

2. Volunteer at an existing booth:
a. We have several existing booths/games that need volunteers. We also have a need for general help like signing in families, set up, clean up, etc. You can volunteer for a short time and then spend the remaining time with your own family.
b. Sign up through the Volunteer Portal and the event committee will reach out to you directly.
